Q. Can I get more discount, If I order large order?
A. Yes. You can get discount depend on your order amount per month.
– Member Level(VIP) : Over 100,000USD per Month with T/T Payment: Negotiation
– Member Level(Gold) : Over 50,000USD per Month with T/T Payment : 16% of Wholesale price
– Member Level(Silver) : Over 10,000USD per Month with T/T Payment : 14% of Wholesale price
– Member Level(Bronze) : Over 1,000USD per Month with T/T Payment : 10% of Wholesale price

Q. Can I get P.O.B(Pre-order Benefit) (Poster or Photo card), when I order to you?
A. We do not supply poster for regular order.
* Regular order : Stock order every time. Except Pre-order
Q. How can I get P.O.B?
“A. We are updating Pre-order products. If Buyer order&payment within Pre-order Period, we will supply poster or Photo card.
But, There are some cases where the manufacture does not make poster, when you receive pre-order information, have to check whether have poster or not.”

“A. Paypal payment system can help to payment credit card.
Q. Can I make payment KRW(won)?
A. Can not make payment other currency. We only use USD for trade business.

Q. How can i calculate shipping cost?
A. Can check Shipping cost in your cart.
Q. Can I receive Free shipping, if I order large amount?
A. Can not offer free shipping. Buyer have to pay shipping cost All time
Q. Can I receive Under-Value(write small amount on the Invoice or Shipping document)?
A. Can not. Under-value is illigal business each country’s raw. K.Y.C is ligal trade compnay depend on Korean Customs Office&Tax Office.
Q. Can i use our own forwarding?
A. Yes. We will ship your products to forwarding(logistic company)

Q. Can I get a refund, If products is damaged?
A. We will refund to you, if the products can not be sold to your customers due to damage.
Q. Can I get a refund, If products did not arrival in my office(home)?
A. We will refund to you. But, if it is a problem with your country’ customs, we are not responsible.

Q. How can I calculate the Tax when products into our country?
A. We can not help you. import company need to study tax by self.
